What Geo State is any Interstate Highways where a cache is 10 Minutes
from the Highway. The idea is to trave along the Highway and have a
bunch of caches you can hit along the way without getting you to far
off your beaten path.

This idea started to go along with the Geo Topia idea. There is alot of
Geocaches that are along the Interstate highway system.

If you place a cache that is 10 Minutes from an Interstate Highway, Just
mark it on your cache page with the Geo State icon.
